RQH has a 6 step process utilised with every client to provide you with peace of mind that no detail has been overlooked.
Initial Consultation – we want to understand what you are looking for in your home and what’s important to you
Plan Design – whilst we have many plans to choose from – this is only the starting point – we don’t build any house the same as another – we want your personal touch to guarantee your home suits your lifestyle and family
Contract Signing – our contracts are clear and concise and list all inclusions. We take the time to go through our contracts with you so you understand all aspects of the building process to eliminate any surprises.
Build Process – we encourage you to be a part of the building process and to make regular visits to site to watch the progress of your home. We ask that you ask us the questions you may be afraid to ask other builders – we are passionate about what we do and want to share that with you
Hand Over – this is an important time and we take the time and care to go through your new home with you to ensure every detail is right.
Post Build Partnership – we continue our partnership with you long after we hand you the keys. We are confident in our build quality and guarantee our workman ship. We provide a six month warranty period along with the industry standard structural warranty. Whether it is a week later or years later – we will be there.
RENOVATIONS
Renovations don’t have to be hard – we make them simple with as little impact on your living comfortability in the process. Whether it’s freshening up the paint work, re-doing your kitchen or adding an extension we have the expertise and experience to guide you in making the right choices to ensure you maximise the value of your property and achieve the result you were wanting.
COMMERCIAL
At RQH Constructions Pty Ltd we have experience in completing a range of commercial projects – ranging from new builds, warehouse refurbishment and shop fit-outs. We work collaboratively with architects; town planners and subcontractors to deliver your project on time and on budget every time.
EARTHMOVING
RQH Construstions can cater to your earthmoving needs with integrated bobcat , excavation and tipper machinery and a fully qualified machine operator. This equipment enables RQH Constructions to specialise in all aspects of residential and commercial earthmoving.
